“When should I call ATD regarding my Event?”

A good time to make contact is as early as possible in an ideal world, but at ATD we do understand that this is not always that easy to obtain power requirements at this stage of the planning. However we carry a lot of specialised equipment and are happy to get involved even at the last minute.

“We need to power our event with generators.
Is this something ATD can take care of?”

Yes we have supplied generators in various installation designs including shared load sets to avoid power failure and can take care of sighting the plant and fuel management, and the smooth running of the equipment during your event.

“I need a company that puts Health & Safety first and has extensive documentation to support their actions?”

ATD put Health & Safety first every time and we have spent a lot of time and resources compiling our extensive Health & Safety Pack, inducting staff and carrying out risk assessments & method statements for all our work.

“Do you have experience from a venue's perspective?”

We have built up very good relationships with venue service providers and understand their requirements and house regulations, making sure these are adhered to. We also have a great deal of knowledge in this field having provided these services in the past at Earls Court Exhibition Centre and currently at The O2.

“I have an Exhibition or Event and need to make sure my clients receive a service they deserve”

At ATD we have a very positive ‘can do attitude’ and a product we ensure to deliver. We work within the outlines stated in our management statement, and are used to working to tight deadlines.

“Do ATD have an Environmental policy?”

Yes we do and can provide this on request. We believe in being proactive when it comes to green issues.

“Do ATD only work in London & surrounding areas?”

No, ATD can provide services throughout Europe.
